Since this bar has bragging rights as the Wrigley neighborhood’s oldest bar (60 years and counting), it only seems fitting to let them start this list. Just don’t let its age deceive you – Nisei is equipped with plenty of modern flat screens while staying true to its classic dive joint roots with its jukebox, lower prices and an established locals vibe. This place only serves drinks, but they’re known for ordering in takeout from other nearby restaurants for their customers!
